Although Ed is response for signing off, i am.still of the belief that Albo is having the final say. Ed is just a puppet! Afterall...is Ed smarter than Kp and nopta. These guys understand the process, they have demonatrated their understanding. I doubt Ed has the smarts to understand the nature of this pep11, . Im yet to hear him talk about pep11, carbon capture...How do we know that he is not thinking its oil, that its 5km from shore????
