LONG TERM INCENTIVES
The Board has a policy of granting incentive options to directors and executives with exercise above market share price. As such, incentive options granted to executive will generally only be of benefit if the directors and executives perform to the level whereby the value of the group increases sufficiently to warrant exercising the incentive options granted. [ TMSO Options 31/12/27 exercise price $0.048 ]
There is no incentive to raise the share price, because then the exercise price would be need to be well over $0.048 and no incentive doing anything in the way of work this year because the options run to 31/12/2027. It is not in the best interests of TMS shareholders for the directors and the executives to have these options.
