Comment at the ASA was that average monthly active customer increase for FY23 was 537, FY24 was 903 and the Sept 24 quarter was 1,275 – definitely getting the right momentum.
It was also noted that over 3 years CBA Kit (kids) account in the FY24 annual presentation was at 61k – Raiz kids have 44k which is quite good comparing marketing budgets and existing customer bases.
Looking at the AFR articles about Spaceship – July 23 Spaceship has 219k and last week’s article has 200k – it is tough out there but Raiz definitely moving forward.
Customer growth is moving forward and agree increasing account balances as well but not worried about piushiong account fee - it can be a good thing and shows the Raiz app and features are working to help people
