On the other hand, the wafers produced by the 3 FABs have all been shown to work to spec. Presumably, they have a number of prototypes that could be demonstrated.

It seems that management intends to make a big splash - demonstration boards delivered, EGM, published specs, subsequently relisting, all at about the same time.
