Let's not attack the guy who has just left, remember he is yet another gun sales hire who can't sell the software. All indications to me are: 1. Poor Recruitment 2. Pointerra doesn't really solve any costly problems or bring massive efficiencies. 3. 7/8 years on it's not a disrupter and honestly it never really was.
I hope I'm proved wrong for my own financial reasons but it'll take a change of direction or a stroke of good fortune to bring 3DP back up.
