if they wanted to raise like they normally do on a run up they trade halt the next day or the following day to raise. This didn’t hapoen and would have happened. They have 5 million in cash they won’t be raising anything as they have a run way of news flow over coming 1-2 months and these are big events for the company which prove up its safety.
My recommendation is watch the recent webinars from the CEO they have non dilutive funding lined up after Walter Reed
