    Red salmon or tuna sashimi:

    Sear if desired 150 to 250 gm of red salmon or tuna

    Slice into sashimi.

    Arrange on a serving plate or plates.

    Dress the following:
    100 ml olive oil.
    15 ml soy sauce.
    15 ml sherry vinegar.
    15 ml mirin.
    1 clove pressed garlic.
    5 to 10 ml ginger juice.
    5 ml teaspoon xo if desired.


    1 teaspoon = 5 ml.
