Slice into sashimi.
Arrange on a serving plate or plates.
Dress the following:
100 ml olive oil.
15 ml soy sauce.
15 ml sherry vinegar.
15 ml mirin.
1 clove pressed garlic.
5 to 10 ml ginger juice.
5 ml teaspoon xo if desired.
