The day this goes ex the price of ppk will drop by LIS SP / 3.5. No such thing as a free lunch. If you want LIS shares just go buy them, or wait till this goes through and the ppk holders that don’t want LIS will sell them off and LIS will likely fall further, then buy em up. That’s assuming there is no LIS news between now and the distribution.
