No question that GNP are lean and mean. They will both enhance the quality aspects of what they get i.e. customer relationship* and staff and trim dead wood. They know how get the best out of people and can re-depoly some but woe betide the lead swingers.
Agree with SP response to new contracts. Have a look at SGP although not a precise like for like. I wonder to what extent (current) WA positive mindset counts. Certainly need people over here both skilled and semi skilled. GNP is prepared to train theirs too.
