There is a fair amount of short interest in LTM on the u.s exchange. Im not so share it will trade lower on open, think it may go higher. The implied value is $5 to $7+ u.s a share. Plenty of upside and pain to cover.
Multiple sources have talked about this deal over months so it seems to have some legs. Arcadium will be forced go respond Monday anyway.
