Yes, that's the problem with a "registered office" and a "company secretary". They're purely administrative requirements. A company secretary isn't involved in managing the business as such, just maintaining the office, the registry, handling correspondence with authorities like ASX and ASIC. Oh... and fending off random walk-ins. If you want details, you'll have to visit Dr Duthy at his personal office in his home.
