I was of the believe they are being relisted and the minimum $2 million is underwritten. I was also of the belief the offer was closed to only current shareholders and the shortfall being held by an underwriting broker and not being distributed to just anyone who a SI. I guess I misread the prospectus or the brokers changed there minds if the shortfall was greater than they anticipated. What broker offered you the stock
