The FDA advice will hopefully provide guidance on the path forward, and once this is known any potential suitors can assess the cost of said path.
I assume takeover bids from potential suitors can be finalized and presented - whether they are acceptable to the NEU board is the next question.
This is why I think the FDA advice is pivotal and potentially a share price game changer.
We will either go it alone or get taken out.
