Why do you keep using this GREED analogy to making paper profits. What's wrong with buying something you believe in and keeping it and passing it on to your kids and grand kids. if you bought a retirement house you researched decades before as a nice place to spend your last years and then after 2 years after you bought it for some reason it doubled , should you not be greedy and sell ???
