RIO could pay for PLS and LRS from petty cash and have a Producer and developer in one go,
It's looking for Lithium near to LRS !!
All Aussie so no FIRB problems.
Sigma is Canadian listed so that is a more uncertain regulatory framework.
No brainer for RIO directors to add SH value.
