can someone please help me understand how these capital notes work?
I understand that for these you receive interest paid quarterly, but not sure what is meant by:
"MCN7 will Exchange into MGL Ordinary Shares on 15 December 2034, subject to the Exchange Conditions being satisfied, unless the MCN7 are Exchanged, Redeemed or Written-Off earlier".
Does this mean they will convert to MQG shares in 10 years time, all going well?
