The CEO has not convinced any of his peers to partner in any trial (or any form of commercialization) in the USA, whilst EVERY trial is in the USA with the FDA. After 20+ years of trying.
Give us some colour on "a doctor and a very good one".
Does doctor = salesman (to those that cannot know). If so, then you are spot on.
