Why do you think they are doing a CR on Monday, Benny boy? I was thinking maybe in the next few weeks, but I could be wrong. It seems strange that you now think they are raising next week after waffling on about how much cash they have for the past few weeks.
But you're right about daddy NOX. They are in all sorts of trouble. They don't own any drugs really, just have a couple of licenses. They don't have much staff left, and they appear to operate out of the CEOs bedroom. And they just got shafted on their own little raise. Which means they are running on fumes. What they do own is a big chunk of NYR. So, I suspect it will only a matter of time before they crack open their piggy bank, which means an awful lot of liquidity to drop on a little microcap. I suspect it might tank the NYR shareprice... either way, the uncertainty of the whole thing will be a cap on the price for years to come.
