The only thing I know for sure about all this is that this matter is so complex, I don't believe anyone on this forum knows exactly what has and will happen.

I'm tending to believe what balilow has said, partly because I want it to be true, but also because he has made some significant claims which basically puts HC reputation on the line - and we will know next week how it turns out.

I don't think there is anything in his claims that could not be true.
