Exactly what I was trying to say Stagman. Shapiro has run a very good case focussing on the only things he knew he had a good chance - being protection of landowners rights.
Why our legal team could not respond regarding who are the legit representatives I don't know.
ralph not saying we are home and hosed by any stretch, but their is a window! Plus political pressure on DMR to solve. I still think that whatever DMR rules will be challeged in umpteen court cases.
