Einstein said if you repeat the same outcome and expect a different result you are insane.
Last CR was 6 cents and one free option. Result very poor retail outcome and share price was in the doldrums.
Why would you expect the Board to do the same again? Retail are not flush with cash at the moment.
So, if you have a bunch of serious investors willing to put big bucks and have some skin in the game then why not give them some incentives!
Coy is now well funded to pursue its trials and an acquisition. And finally the stock price is showing some good momentum!
A win win if you ask me.
