I think shorts are closing. It was really bad timing for people placing short positions on PMT only weeks before CATL (The CCP) announced they're going to stop producing. Wouldn't trust anything they say. CATL were largely responsible for the lithium price manipulation. Lithium up 2.75% this morning.
