Your not looking properly. Go to CODE & just to the right of that are 3 vertical dots which when you put the "hand" over comes up MENU. Click that & go down to "Manage Columns". Click that & 2nd from bottom is Announcements. Click that to blue & the yellow bell will appear on extreme right hand side. You need to do this for each Watch List. I have a max of 9.
