Yes, Misguided you are correct..... It would be very difficult for little ROG to get a HUGE Loan or Loans against its current backdrop of finance generation.
BUT there is no reason that a lender would not lend finance, at a slightly higher interest rate than the current rates. For an asset that is more secure than our current assets (the LOAN can be a closed asset loan, ie: Finance to be ONLY USED for the Asset in question.)
There were financiers from a few countries at the Angola Oil and Gas Conference......They are THROWING MONEY at projects in and near Angola.
