    Probably is, thanks for setting me straight. Suppose its all OK and I now realise that in my naivety I may be missing out if NKP recommences trading.

    However, there is one slight difference, Reinhart et invested there own funds to warrant a Directors seat. Suppose its different in this case and all is OK.
