Not sure what all the panic is about. I read the announcement as DD2 exceededing initial expectations and EXR can now engage in commercialisation discussion. As with a lot of EXR announcements they're not well written. Perhaps those with technical background and knowledge interpret the results differently. I am sure an interview with Neil will occur very soon and perhaps provide us shareholders some enthusiasm again. EXR is a definite shareholder roller coaster with continually shifting end game timelines. I have been buying up options for quite a while as a safer option and current prices suit my risk/reward point. GLTAH especially us LT ones.
