From sale of assets return of 900 mil.
Sigma will pay off the 340 mil debt facility in one hit. Then the remaining 560 millions of debt. Let assume they will pay 250 million off that balance. Then from remaining of 310 millions cash. My guess is no more than 100 millions will use to fund the dividend which less than 10 cents return per share.
