estimated 5million tonnes by 2012, page-6

Bought in today at 0.33 for my entire position sizing (which is very very small bikkies compared to others but hopefully it'll increase over time).

Anyway I'd just like something cleared up from someone who probably already knows (I've had a few looks in the recent announcements but can't find it out). How many preference shares are there exactly? One of the announcements makes reference to 500 million or so, and one of them references 251 million, will the 500 million be issued as all three of the milestones are met (the final one being 800,000 tonnes of production per year, being proven via average production over 3 months). If noone knows off the top of their head I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and read everything on the comsec announcements site.

I've got to get that answered before I can do a proper valuation of SFZ (obviously it's a buy either way, but HOW MUCH of a buy is the question :D).
