Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting & Proxy Form, page-5

He would be mid to late 70's now. Nice little earner $155k for basically zero work, token director.
I can't seem to find what the remuneration is being paid to the General Manager Corporate and Company Secretary, N.Nand , which I find odd.

I noticed in the Annual Report on Page 26 Item 4 "Significant Changes in the State of Affairs",there was a placement of 126,340,909 shares @ $0.055 a share surely with all the spare time this mob have they could proof read their own reports and get the numbers right.
In fact it should be $0.0055 unless someone , I know it is only a minor mistake but it says a lot about how thorough they are.
