I would have thought these were already discussed and agreed to for the Consent Order....... Im sure the justice did not make these dates without conferring with the parties and he was told that these dates were reasonable to produce as required by discovery (only a LIST is required to be produced for discovery - the actual docs can be requested by Asset)
Anyway... 'time for learning!!'
