If Russia has not achieved a single objective in 2.5 years, why is :
1. Ukrainian military fully dependent on the western handouts,
2. Ukrainian military payroll 90% financed by the western handouts,
3. Ukraine a failed state fully dependent on the western handouts,
4. Ukraine not in NATO,
5. The war still going on
6. Ukraine lost over 25% of the population through war casualties and the population exodus
7. Ukraine lost almost 20% of its territory, which will never be Ukrainian again?
