Always a good thing if anybody is converting options to shares - it shows they have enough confidence in the company to fork out more of their own cash to hold. Yes, in Howie's case it is risk free (no chance BOT is going to drop to 9c) and needed to be done anyway lest he forgo those shares, but at the end of the day, he has still stumped up more personal cash for BOT.
