"Their" ABC !

I watched the show. I thought it covered both sides half well, but the obvious ABC bent was favouring renewables over nuclear without any proper scrutiny of the shortcomings of renewables, particularly as they cannot and will not ever be capable of providing 100% reliable 24/7/365 power.

The program concentrated on the capital cost of nuclear without reference to the far longer amortisation of the running and maintenance costs of nuclear as opposed to the far more frequency of the same for renewables. Neither the CSIRO or the AEMO reports were considered serious studies of nuclear by experts in that area!
