Bombom, the scenario I was painting is if they have a target of say 9 to 13$, and a number of reports have been saying since back when stock price was around $10, that the lithium price was expected to fall further in coming year(s), why wouldn't they wait and watch for a decline before stepping in? That is the smart thing to do if they want to take it for their ideal price.
