This doesn’t seem like a great deal.
Raising $500,000 with approximately 40% of it going in fees!!!!! So for every $2,500 you subscribe for, roughly $1000 goes in fees.
Not only that, they misrepresent it at the beginning by only saying it’s $60k (below) and claiming $125k is for advisors fees for the acquisition whereas above the claim it as part of the raise. Which is it??? Creative accounting? Looks a bit suss AIMO DYOR.
