Or, alternatively, what is so bad about it that the 3 largest sellers (all commercial brokers) have accounted for the vast majority of selling to ensure a price cap, and for relatively small capital value returned to them.
I wonder what their motivation could be. Such concentrated selling over such a period of time just seems odd. It's like they're keeping the price pinned around a level as more information is gathered, to give someone optionality. Strange.
