does anyone know why the board is bothering with making this a buy-back vs just letting performance shares expire?
The effort in admin and paperwork to carry out such a task - for such a measly price seems non-sensical to me.
Is there some sort of strategy or advantage I'm not quite getting here? Why the time wasting?
