I think it was at least as much about getting their help to get FDA approval given their experience in doing so for others.
Yesterday's negative market gave us a pause day but a positive lead from the US overnight might see another push to a new record high and hopefully a more convincing break higher leading to another upleg. The sell side above $2 seems to have thinned out a bit - for now at least. See how we go.
