I believe they are in a situation where they can say nothing because of secrecy, the US does not have a recycling policy atm, that may change very soon, and if it does, look out above, because it will go ballistic, won't do much for miners though! maybe Cameco saw what was coming,m Paducah on top of this was the perfect ruse for allowing them to appear to be testing for Paducah , all the while it will also help GEH by proving up the technology, I think the independent evaluator is actually GEH themselves!
I also believe that when Silex said GLE will cancel the Wilmington NC SNM2019 license, they forgot to mention that GLE will apply for their own license and the license at Wilmington NC will go to GEH now.

All will be revealed if this new Bill passes in the house to allow recycling in the US once again,
