My suggestion of 5% was just putting a figure out there. Logic tells me that a sensible start would be to determine how many people each group LEGITIMATELY represents and allocate accordingly eg if Ben are 1000 people out of total 2500. give them 1000/(2500-1000) *.05 = 3.3%

Even then, a very small number of G shareholders are going to still make a motza. Unfortunately directors of G and NKP may not think like this as they have not put any money of their own (unlike retail investors). They therefore have nothing to loose from protracted legal proceedings. They also get to keep their nice little cashflows and no need to worry about further drilling etc.
