If we assume GR has 20% of votes, to stop her from preventing a takeover bid you would need 94% or above of remaining votes.
Calculation: need 75% votes, but only 80% of votes remaining after accounting for GR's 20%. Therefore, from the remaining votes, need 75/80 = approx. 94%
Achieving that level of voter turnout, and all voting against GR I feel is very unlikey. So, I agree, GR's 20% is effectively a blocking stake.
Need to keep in mind that TG and friends also have an effective blocking stake imo.
I still feel the problem is GR's to solve. I don't believe TG and the BoD are desperate to sell. The best way to create generational wealth maybe to continue to mine and grow the company organically.
