You are mixing up earnings multiple with revenues multiple. Usually revenues would be around 4-5X annual or peak sales.
In one of the videos I watched mgmt mentioned 5 million images for people covered by Medicare in the US while including those not on Medicare is about 30 million out of a 330 million population. So you can expect higher revenues than the official numbers focussed only on those under Medicare.
I joined the register today as I am looking at global revenues, higher revenues from cardiac failure and other indications.
