The Government have said they wont comment and did, recently with a preliminary refusal due to concerns, then we get kicked in the pallines again with a white wash of our court process and adjournment to all requests.
DB, BPH and Assett need to let us know whats going on and the steps to resolution of this, its totally unfair to all investors, and a mochary of due process and timely manner. FFS
