Hi Shelly I can not share all information I get from my sources, but one of the reasons why EGR can't get a KfW loan in 2018 was because they were not able to show the plan and the financing for the RAP. But there have been more issues EGR could not solve and deliver in time. If you apply for a KfW/BAFA loan or grant, you get a schedule and deliverables list. If you fail on the Timing, you have to wait for the next window to start the application process again. If you fail on the deliverables, you get a 4-8 week timeframe (depends on the complexity of the missing deliverables) to complete or correct your paperwork. If you failed again, you have 2-3 weeks time to fix everything. If your documents aren't complete and correct after the two loops you have to start application process from scratch when KfW/BAFA open next window but only if budget is not completely distributed for other applicants.
But let me ask also questions: There was a KfW meeting in September about loans for secuuring supply chain for battery materials for Germany/Europe. Why EGR has not been in the pot?? There was also a cabinet meeting in Tanzania for granting mining licenses, Why EGR didn't get the SML despite the support of minister of mines ???
