    Suggest people take this voting very seriously. Looks like Remuneration is up a significant amount. I wonder why that is ;-)

    Also the board is recommending against voting Mark Gandur and David Harris OAM. This is no surprise.

    Can someone help me understand does Raffy get 88% of voting rights and will he be able to control this outcome?
