I gather that this is confirmed via your communication.
Things are getting a bit suspicious, no 4 page documents will take this long to be approved. I just hope that PCL does not end up losing it altogether, as I can see Namibia preferring a super major.
If indeed the wait is the 4 page doc, I hope that WDS's decision time is shortened to compensate accordingly and preparation for drill such as long term items are already in the pipe line.
The AGM should be in Nov. I can see a war dance during question time.
