There's no mistakes here - this is not the Notice of Meeting, that will issue in a few weeks' time, and will set out the time, place, whether electronic or in-person etc...
This is simply a notice as required under the ASX Listing Rules that their AGM is coming up, and inviting people to nominate to be appointed as a Director. If people do nominate, and the Board resolves to accept their nomination, that then flows into the Notice of Meeting - which is why this announcement comes out a couple of weeks before the Notice of Meeting itself.
