    Announcement due 'within a week' according to SG.... delays due to the very large nature of the development and wanting to 'get it right' before finally signing off the program.
    Grrrr , more delays .. back to the beach ... leaving 'lazy' buys orders in low 50's OPL and low 4's NEO.
