The sad reality Doto, is we'll only be in the cross-hairs of an offer once we're de-risked substantially. We would need to have completed construction of at least Phase 2 Raf deep processing plant and the successful delivery of product to market, or in the shorter term producing significant quantities of oil from the Shallow field through a proven export system.
