I would prefer to take it in steps and get the s.140A (to the Environmental Protection Act) overturned first (it's a difficult one to argue against) and get the state mining bans overruled. This could then build a consensus for uranium mining, conversion and enrichment and fabrication with eventual disposal of spent fuel (Sandy Ridge in WA would be the obvious location) and thus the leasing of nuclear fuel (for AUKUS we will need this whatever) - this has a clear economic case and should dispense with the cultural bias in Labor. In time (and after blackouts) the case for nuclear power in Australia should be obvious
